How do I get a replacement guard at GorillaGuardz?

 

When you e registering at GorillaGuardz and ordering replacement is very easy and user-friendly, you just need to follow these simple instructions,

  1. Create an account by clicking here.
  2. Log into your account by clicking here.
  3. After logging register yourself at GorillaGuardz. Click on the "Register a Product" on the left hand side and use the drop-down menus to find the product you are interested.
  4. You will receive email after registering and the purpose of this email is just to inform you that you have successfully registered.
  5. For replacement logged into your account and click on “Order a Replacement Guard" on the left hand side. Find your product and click on the "Get a Replacement" link.
  6. Follow the on screen prompts and checkout. We will ship your replacement within three business days. There is no cost for the replacement guard.

Different option for shipping we offer:

We charge 9.99 for shipping but it depends in some cases.

  • $9.99 for Ground (4-7 Business days + order processing time)
  • $10.99 for Priority (2-3 Business days + order processing time)
  • $24.99 for Overnight (Orders placed Monday - Thursday before 1:00pm

How Much Does a Warranty Replacement Cost?

 

Your warranty replacement is 100% free, you are only responsible for shipping and handling which starts at $9.99. Write us an email on info@gorillaguardz.com and we will take care of it.

Different option for shipping we offer:

  • $10.99 for Priority (2-3 Business days + order processing time)

What Documentation Is Needed in Order to Register/Request a Replacement?

What we DO need:

  • Contact and Shipping information required for registration
  • Proof of purchase from GorillaGuardz
  • Payment information for shipping and handling charges

            What we DO NOT need:

  • You to send your old Gadget Guard back to us
  • Pictures of your damaged product

Can I change my shipping address?

  • Please contact us as soon as possible with your Order ID number and we will try our best to stop or cancel your order. On the other hand, if you order has already been shipped then you can simply contact DHL and request them.

Is shipping refundable when I return an item?

Customers are responsible for all return shipping costs.

I received the wrong item, what should I do?

We carefully check each order by hand but sometimes errors happen! In any case if you receive a wrong item, you need to take a clear photo of the shipping label, item and barcode as well. We will provide you with a prepaid return label and exchange the order free of charge.
